Carolina on our minds!

What a great couple of weeks we’ve had here with our old friends from Craven Community College (and Knight, the panther mascot, of course), and our new friends from Central Piedmont Community College. GO North Carolina! A lot of fun was had on this trip, and some serendipity too; it just happened that we were in Sligo for the Yeats birthday celebrations, and English Literature lecturer Kyle got to read Yeats at the event. Goosebumps! We also welcomed our most senior tripper yet; the very spritely Harry, on his first visit to Ireland, at the grand old age of 82. A big huge thanks to Wen Yen and her crew from CPCC for jumping in with us on this trip, and we hope to see y’all back here soon!
