I enjoyed my first trip with the Institute of Study Abroad Ireland in 2019 so much I returned to Ireland in 2020 for more. Niamh, John, and Collie are wonderful hosts. Learning about Ireland’s land, people, and history from such generous hosts is one of the best educational experiences I have ever had. The lectures were interesting and enlightening. The field trips relating to the lectures left me in awe of the beauty of Ireland and its place in history. Our group experienced a few issues during our trip unrelated to ISAIreland. John, Niamh, and Collie went well beyond what we would have expected them to do. There are no other words I can us…they are fantastic. Niamh is a National Treasure. Her knowledge of Irish history combined with her ability and willingness to share that knowledge in a way that even I can understand is nothing short of amazing. Taking a trip with the Institute of Study Abroad Ireland is one of the best decisions I made in both 2019 and 2020.
