Please clarify your arrival and departure dates below. If you need assistance booking an extra night before or after the dates, let us know.

Adding on some time to your trip? If you would like some assistance with booking in to your conference hotel a day early, or stay on a day later, we can assist you. Please note that the conference dates are from the day the program begins. So if conference dates say September 26-30 that means you should arrive in Ireland on September 26 and depart on October 1.
