Each of your students needs to fill out an individual online form which includes an upload of a photograph, their flight transcript and their vaccination certification. They need a customs letter and a what-to-pack note, which they receive from us shortly before travel. As faculty leader, please ensure that students do have their customs form and their what-to-pack information before travel.
We strongly advise all institutions to insist that students and faculty take out a personal travel insurance policy for the trip.
You also need to complete the individual adult/student form as well as this form.
