Accommodation

Accommodation for students

The Institute of Study Abroad is located in Bundoran, in  County Donegal, Ireland. County Donegal is one of the most one of the most historic, beautiful and scenic counties in the Republic. We are right beside the beaches, with excellent surfing, sports and very friendly people.  Bundoran is famous for surfing and for a traditional Irish welcome. There are shops and banks, a cinema and bowling alley, a funfair and beautiful surf beaches just seconds from our door. There are many beautiful places nearby, which we visit on our tours.

We have two different campuses for our students in Bundoran.

Our Atlantic Center is suitable for adult groups (18 years +).

Our Donegal Adventure Center is for students who are younger than 18 years – our summer campers, global scholars and visiting high schools.

The Atlantic Campus (18+ adult campus)

The Atlantic Campus  provides the perfect accommodation for college and university students. The Atlantic campus offers student accommodation in self-catering apartments, which include a kitchen, dining area, 1-2 bedrooms and bathroom. The Atlantic also has a large downstairs lobby with WiFi and televisions, a leisure center with jacuzzi and small swimming pool, breakfast area, pool room, a teaching area, and its very own pub. This is used for adult and college (18+ groups).

Homefield House Bundoran

The first official mention of Bundoran was in 1777 when Viscount Enniskillen built Bundoran Lodge, his summer residence. This building still exists to this day and is now known as Homefield House. It has now been converted into student-friendly accommodation, and is used for our visiting groups.
